Nice location convenient and walkable to water taxis and several restaurants/food opportunities; a nice tavern/restaurant on hotel grounds, staff quite friendly and helpful. It is clean and the room is a nice size. Since Belize City is a little scetchy it's good to have a property where food and drink are available, especially if you feel uncomfortable on the outside, especially at night. If you're so inclined, a short walk will bring you to a nice sunset near the "Belize" sign. Air conditioning was always available to keep room at the coolness you need. The window also opened to allow a nice natural feel to the temperature. You can use this as a base hotel and take day trips or just find your resort elsewhere in the country and pay the price.

The hotel's location is ideal. When I visited seven months ago, the renovations were recently completed, but the amenities were still closed. All the amenities (gym, spa, pool, and restaurant) were fully operational on this visit. The room was recently renovated with a modern, minimalist design. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service made transport between the airport and the hotel easy to manage.

We only had one night at this lovely hotel but enjoyed our stay. Location was on the waterfront so nice and felt safe for walking. We were in the older building, which is still being renovated, but the room was updated and had a great view of the water. The beds were comfortable. Treehouse restaurant, in the new building, is a nice space with great food for breakfast. Shuttle pick up from the airport was reasonable $30USD for 2 of us. Staff were friendly and trustworthy! Left my backpack behind in the lobby when we left for the water taxi. The staff contacted me and I was able to get it back all intact before our boat left. Thank you so much!

We were coming back from Turneffe Flats and the location was therefore perfect. The Spa and the spa staff were truly excellent. My wife had a very high standard facial and I had one of the most relaxing and effective massages ever. The Tree House had a great ambiance and the table staff were good.

location was great as we were going to Turneffe island resort. The food was very good as we ate three meals at the Tree house restaurant. The staff there we also very good.

The Tree House restaurant provided very good cuisine and the waitresses were very attentive. I liked the pop up bakery and coffee house by the pool. The view from the older building is much better than the new building. The employee in charge of luggage is exceptional and a very hard worker.

Very clean and modern. Restaurant service was quick while food was delicious and nicely presented. Pool and patio areas we spacious and well furnished, lots of nice chairs and lounges for relaxing.

Loved the gym, restaurant and spa! We stayed here for a night to escape a storm and had a wonderful 24 hours inside! Rooms very spacious and loved the sea view from balcony. Also the shower was huge and there were tons of mirrors

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and “sexy”….not in a disrespectful way but it just oozes upscale NYC boutique hotel vibes. It smells wonderful as soon as you enter. The staff, like all of the natives in Belize, are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was above expectations
